About Midtown Dental

Midtown Dental is a general and restorative practice led by Dr. Adam Perry, a Paducah-born dentist in Paducah KY who built this office around two ideas: the technology should match the complexity of the work, and the conversation should always sound like one neighbor talking to another. We see kids in for their first cleaning, parents who put off a crown three years too long, and adults who finally want to do something about a missing molar that’s been bothering them since 2019.

The office sits in midtown, easy to reach from Lone Oak, Reidland, Kevil, West Paducah, and the rest of McCracken County. Inside, you’ll find the diagnostic tools that make modern dentistry more predictable: a cone beam CT scanner for implant planning, Overjet AI to give your X-rays a second set of eyes, a SprintRay 3D printer for same-day appliances, an ultrasonic scaler, and a dental laser for soft-tissue work. None of that matters if the dentist isn’t paying attention, which is why Dr. Perry still sits down at eye level and walks through what he sees on the screen before anyone picks up an instrument.

We’re in-network with Delta Dental Premier, Cigna, and HRI/Paramount, and we work with CareCredit and other financing options for larger cases. If you’ve been putting off care because the last office felt rushed, or because no one ever explained what was actually going on in your mouth, this is a good place to start over.

How We Can Help

Most patients use us as their full-time dental home, which means the same office that handles a six-month cleaning also handles the implant case three years later. Here’s what we do most often.

Why Patients Pick Midtown Dental

The short version: you get a dentist who grew up here and trained at one of the strongest dental programs in the region, working in an office equipped to handle complex restorative cases without referring you across town. Dr. Perry’s Master’s in Biomedical Science isn’t just a line on a wall. It shows up in how he thinks about inflammation, bone health, sleep, and the way medications interact with what’s happening in your mouth.

The longer version is about how a visit feels. We don’t run a conveyor belt. Hygiene appointments are scheduled with enough time to actually clean, screen, and answer questions. Restorative consults include a CBCT scan when the case warrants it, so you’re looking at your own anatomy on the monitor instead of a stock diagram. When a treatment plan has options, we lay them out by cost, longevity, and what the recovery actually involves, then let you decide.

On the insurance side, we’re in-network with Delta Dental Premier, Cigna, and HRI/Paramount. For patients without coverage, or for treatment that runs beyond what insurance picks up, CareCredit and other financing plans are available. We’ll give you a written estimate before any major work, and our front desk is happy to call your carrier with you on speaker if that’s easier than guessing.

Meet Dr. Adam Quentin Perry

Dr. Adam Quentin Perry was born and raised in Paducah. He graduated at the top of his class from the University of Louisville School of Dentistry and holds a Master’s degree in Biomedical Science, a combination that shapes how he plans restorative cases and how he explains them. His focus is restorative implant dentistry, but he practices the full range of general care alongside his team. Outside the office he’s a husband, a father of three daughters, and the same person you might run into at a Friday night football game or the farmers market downtown.
